Charisma Carpenter
Charisma Carpenter, born on July 23rd, 1970 She is an American actress. She played Cordelia Chase in the supernatural drama series Buffy the Vampire Slayer (1997-1999) and its spin-off series Angel (1999-2004). She also starred as Kyra in Charmed (2004), Kendall Casablancas in Veronica Mars (2005-2006), Rebecca Sewell in The Lying Game (2012-2013) and Lacy in The Expendables film series (2010-2012 ).
Carpenter was born in Las Vegas (Nevada) as the daughter Christine Carpenter, who worked in a bird sanctuary, as well as Don Carpenter, an entrepreneur. Carpenter is from Spanish, French, and German origin (from her maternal grandfather). Carpenter attended Bishop Gorman high school in Las Vegas.[6Carpenter was part of a song and dance troupe which was in Las Vegas Valley at nine years old.

Henry Hubbard Jr., an ex-police officer from San Diego and serial rapist, attacked her and two male companions as she was swimming in San Diego in the year 1991. Hubbard tried to subdue them by using gun. Both of her friends and Hubbard were killed during the struggle. Hubbard fled the scene and her two friends survived. Hubbard was arrested, convicted, and sentenced to 56 years in prison for a string of robberies and rapes. Carpenter took Hubbard's flashlight, one of the police's flashlights, from the beach. Hubbard had left it at the scene. The flashlight was the most important evidence in the case against Hubbard.
Carpenter was listed as No. 31 on the list of AskMen's Top 99 Most Wanted Women 2002[30[30.] as well as No. 44 on their 2005 List. However, Carpenter has stated she does not view herself as a sex symbol. Carpenter was on the cover of Playboy magazine's June issue in 2004. Also, she was featured in a ten page nude pictorial. People magazine asked Carpenter in 2005 if she'd ever pose again for Playboy. She replied "I don't know." Playboy was a decision I made for a particular reason. It was a prudent financial choice. I also felt that it was the best thing for me. After having my son, I had gained 50 pounds during my pregnancy. I wanted to go back to my old self. I wanted to look at ease and attractive. I was thinking, "What if I went to full speed?"
